Refunds & Cancellation

As our ghee and dairy products are perishable, we do not accept returns once the product is opened.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
• You receive the wrong product
• The product is damaged or leaked upon delivery
• The product is past its expiry date when received
Steps to Claim:
1. Email us at [customersupport@kshirdhaara.in] within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund within 7 working days.
Non-Refundable Situations:
• Change of mind after order is placed
• Opened or partially consumed products
• Delays caused by the courier beyond our control
